If one suspects that he or she has contracted the ringworm disease, the first thing that should be done is to take a shower and wash your skin as best as you can. Washing your hair will also prevent the disease from spreading to your head and should also be done. If a doctor is not readily available then a cream can be purchased at any medicine shop to chase away these human ringworms.
